Coolsculpting® is the world’s #1, Health Canada approved, non-invasive, non-surgical, body sculpting treatment option for women and men wanting to reduce stubborn fat accumulation without needles, surgery or downtime. Treatment areas include under the chin, bra fat, upper arm (batwings), back, flanks (love handles), abdomen and thighs. Coolscultping® is not a weight loss treatment. Best results are seen with patients who are committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle that includes diet and exercise.

HOW IT WORKS

Coolsculpting® is fat-freezing technology that delivers controlled cooling, known as cryolipolysis to safely and effectively destroy subcutaneous fat cells without harming surrounding tissues.  Applicators are applied directly to targeted areas where fat cells are cooled to precise temperatures causing them to freeze or crystallize after which they are removed gradually by the body’s natural elimination process, revealing a slender, more sculpted shape over a period of 8 to 12 weeks. Individual outcomes can vary, however many patients achieve optimal results in 1-2 treatments. Treatments are well-tolerated with very little downtime so patients can resume their normal daily routine immediately.  Patients can expect swelling, redness and minor bruising which generally subside within a week or two following treatment and we recommend planning treatments several months before important events or beach holidays to allow results to take effect.

At Dermetics, we have the most up-to-date Coolsculpting® technology x 2 to help you achieve transformational results in the shortest amount of time.  Treatments are performed by our highly trained and experienced aesthetic nurse technicians and all treatments are closely monitored and supervised by Dr. Muhn and Dr. Rosen to ensure safe, effective outcomes.
