Shipping/Return Policy


Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order you will be notified and refunded for that item using the original method of payment.

We ship online orders Monday through Friday — excluding statutory holidays — via Canada Post Expedited Shipping. No signature required on delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days from time of shipping to receive your order. Orders for shipment outside Canada will not be accepted.

Pick Up
To pick up your order at our Burlington clinic, (3305 Harvester Road, units 8-9) select PICK UP at check out. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pick up. No shipping charges will apply.

Free shipping policy: Orders over $100 (pretax) qualify for free shipping.

  • Canada-wide: $12.00

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products sold online unless the item you purchased is defective.
