As a medical facility, our clinic strictly adheres to guidelines established by the Medical Officer of Health, the Ontario Medical Association, and local Public Health authorities. Our office is open to patients with scheduled appointments only. Skincare products are available to purchase online or by phone for home delivery or curbside pickup. The health, safety and wellbeing of our team and patients remains our top priority. We have worked hard to create and implement protocols and policies that take these priorities into account, while continuing to deliver exceptional service and results. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our COVID Safety Policies

Cleaning and Sterilization

As a medical facility, we have always adhered to strict clinical standards and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment. These will continue with increased frequency and include:

  • Sterilization of treatment rooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces multiple times daily and after each patient visit with hospital grade disinfectant
  • The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including gloves, masks, face shields gowns at all times
  • Elimination of unnecessary touch-points including testers, magazines, brochures

Physical Distancing

We have introduced physical distancing measures that limit the number of patients in the clinic at a given time. Careful management of traffic flow is in effect at all times to ensure a safe experience for all.


All patients and visitors are carefully pre-screened and required to complete a COVID-19 health questionnaire prior to their appointment and on arrival. All clinic staff are screened daily and will be required to wear PPE for all patient encounters, and patients are required to wear medical masks during their visit unless they need to remove them during treatment.


Appointments are scheduled in a manner that allows us to adhere to public health guidelines, physical distancing and increased sterilization measures which may result in wait times or reduce appointment availability. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Patients are asked to arrive alone (caregivers excepted), bring in only essential items, and wait in their vehicles until they have been screened and cleared to enter.

Retail Skincare

For everyone’s safety, only patients with appointments will be able to enter the clinic. For those without appointments, skincare products are available to purchase online or by phone for home delivery or curbside pickup.
