Patient Coordinator – Cosmetic Services

Dermetics cosmetic services focus mainly on non-surgical anti-aging and corrective treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, skincare and laser treatments such as IPL, laser hair removal and skin resurfacing.   
We are currently seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our cosmetic services team. Working alongside our medical aestheticians, nurses and physicians, the patient coordinator will assist with appointment scheduling and follow ups, patient retention, promotional events and treatment plan implementation.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, result-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responding to email and telephone inquiries
  • Scheduling patient appointments and following up with patients post-procedure
  • Retail sales and sales support

Essential for success in the role:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in either customer service, retail skincare sales or an equivalent service oriented role
  • Strong verbal and  written communication  and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with MS office software
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast paced clinical environment.
Medical Aesthetician
Dermetics cosmetic services focus mainly on non-surgical anti-aging and corrective treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, skincare and laser treatments such as IPL, Laser Hair removal and skin resurfacing.

We are currently seeking a medical/cosmetic Aesthetician to join our team. The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast paced clinical environment.
  • comfortable with performing consultations and skin assessments
  • Excellent knowledge of: facial and skin anatomy, peels and microdermabrasion, laser/light based technologies such as IPL, laser hair removal and photodynamic therapy.
  • good verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills
